About The Center: OVer 55 Years of Excellence
|
When Bend Orthopaedic & Fracture opened its doors in 1954, the founding physicians had no idea that today, The Center would be a strong leader in the medical community and reach families throughout Central and Eastern Oregon.
When the Clinic merged with Bend Neurosurgical Group in 1999, the vision of The Center as it exists today was still in its infancy.

Today, with a staff of 22 physicians, including specialists in orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery and physical medicine/rehabilitation, The Center has evolved into a model practice with regard to delivering the best possible patient care.
With a commitment to community care, The Center not only has a state of the art facility in Bend, but has brought those same services to their clinic in Redmond, providing convenience and access to patients in that area. For more than 20 years, physicians from The Center have been routinely traveling to rural Oregon to serve patients who don't have the time or are not able to travel to Bend for a clinic visit. John Day, Burns, Prineville, Madras, La Pine and The Dalles are just a few of the communities The Center's physicians regularly visit.
It's also not uncommon to see physicians from The Center on the sidelines of local high school athletic events, from football to soccer to basketball. For over 25 years, The Center has provided on-site physicians for high school sporting events with a high risk of injury. The Center Foundation, a non-profit organization formed by the physicians and community members, serves to meet the health and wellness needs of youth in Central Oregon.
Since 1954, great things have been taking place at The Center, and many great things are still to come.
